How to use these Wellness word searches
Use the easy puzzles as a brain break between lessons or a calm start to a PE class. Workplace wellness teams can set out the medium puzzles in a break room, and activity staff can use them in a community center or care home group. Yoga studios can leave the poses puzzle. Each PDF has the puzzle on page 1 and the answer key on page 2.

They are word puzzles. The word lists use everyday wellness terms, such as sleep, stretching, gratitude and nutrition, but nothing on the page is advice, and none of it replaces guidance from a doctor or other qualified professional.
Mindfulness, Self Care, Fitness Activities and Healthy Habits are medium puzzles with 12 words on a 13 by 13 grid. Yoga Poses and Mind and Balance are hard puzzles for people who like a longer challenge.
Move Your Body, Healthy Foods, Rest and Sleep and Feeling Good use short words in a 10 by 10 grid, with words only across and down. They suit most children from about age 6, and a grown-up can read the word list aloud.
Easy puzzles (10 by 10, words across and down) work from about age 6. Medium puzzles (13 by 13, diagonals added) suit ages 8 to 11. Hard puzzles (16 by 16, every direction, backwards too) are for older kids and adults.
Page 2 of every PDF is the answer key, with each word marked where it hides. When you play online, the Show answers button marks them on the grid.
