What you buy

All puzzles on wordsearchpdf.com are free to play and print. We sell two kinds of digital products:

Holiday word search booklets: one printable PDF booklet per holiday (for example Halloween, Thanksgiving or Christmas) with a cover, a contents page, the puzzles of that holiday and their answer keys, sold alone or as a bundle of all holiday booklets. The puzzles in a booklet are also free on our site; the booklet puts them into one print-ready file.

Word search maker downloads: making a puzzle in our word search maker and previewing it is free. A clean, printable PDF of your own puzzle is sold per puzzle, or as a pass that allows unlimited downloads for 30 days from the purchase. The PDF is created in your browser from the words you enter; the download and the pass work in the browser you used to pay.

What you may do with the files

Print as many copies as you like for your household, one classroom, one church group or one care location. You may not resell the files or upload them elsewhere. Puzzles you make with the word search maker are yours to use as you like.

Prices and payment

Prices are in USD, as shown next to each buy button. Payment is processed by Stripe Checkout. The contract is formed when you complete payment on the Stripe checkout page.

Delivery

Booklets: after payment you receive an email with a download link to a zip file containing US Letter and A4 PDFs. Maker downloads: after payment you return to the word search maker, where your puzzle is unlocked for download and printing; you also receive a receipt email with instructions.

Right of withdrawal for digital content

If you are a consumer, this contract concerns digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium. Under § 356(5) BGB, your right of withdrawal lapses when delivery begins only after you expressly consent to our beginning delivery immediately, before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period, and acknowledge that lapse. When you accept these terms at Stripe Checkout, you agree to them and to our beginning delivery immediately, and you acknowledge that your right of withdrawal lapses once delivery begins. We rely on that lapse only after you have accepted these terms at checkout.

Until delivery begins, you may withdraw by a clear statement, for example an email to hello@wordsearchpdf.com or a letter to march second GmbH, Hornau 9, 87600 Kaufbeuren, Germany. If you withdraw before delivery begins, we refund all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your statement, using the same means of payment you used, at no cost to you. Other statutory rights are not limited.

Refunds

Outside statutory rights that cannot be excluded by law, all sales of digital products are final. We do not offer voluntary refunds.

Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the product liability law that applies to these sales. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations, and only up to the damage that is typical and foreseeable for this kind of contract.

Law

German law applies. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live still apply.

Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration board.
