Muscles Move You, Your Arms and Legs and Strong Muscles are the easy puzzles. They use short words like run, jump, elbow and flex in 10 by 10 grids with words only across and down.
Three Muscle Types is a medium puzzle with skeletal, cardiac, smooth, striated, involuntary and myocyte. Heart and Face, an easy puzzle, shows muscles you do not control on purpose, like the heartbeat and blinking.
Latin Muscle Names uses latissimus dorsi, pectoralis major, gastrocnemius and others. Major Muscles has the more common names like biceps, deltoid and trapezius, and Inside a Muscle covers sarcomere, actin and myofibril.
Easy puzzles (10 by 10, words across and down) work from about age 6. Medium puzzles (13 by 13, diagonals added) suit ages 8 to 11. Hard puzzles (16 by 16, every direction, backwards too) are for older kids and adults.
Page 2 of every PDF is the answer key, with each word marked where it hides. When you play online, the Show answers button marks them on the grid.
